I am pleased to report that we look back on the last year having seen membership grow by 12 per cent year-on-year to 247 and having successfully delivered over 60 events with more than 8,000 attendees.
In 2026/2027, we plan to build on this strong footing through a strategy which is grounded by a “member-first” approach, supported by our established strategic themes and with a continued focus on impactful events, including the UK-Vietnam Business Summit.
Following the successful launch of the first UK-Vietnam Business Summit in Q4 2025, we are pleased to confirm that the Summit will continue as an annual event. As the bilateral relationship deepens and bilateral trade increases, we recognise the significant value in promoting the very best of British business in Vietnam, Vietnamese investment in the UK and the people to people ties between the two countries.

The board, elected May 2026
A new board was elected in May 2026. The chairman was re-elected for the 2026/2027 term and names the five members who stood down in his letter. Names, offices and portraits are as their own board page publishes them; it prints no employer beside any of them, so none is shown.
